“Blossom” is a participatory piece created in unexpected places, such as prisons or hospitals, meeting the audience where they are. A cross between a show, a concert and a choir, this performance engages the body and the voice in an immersive experience. The dancers, singers and musicians, accompanied by an amateur group from all walks of life, create a unique synergy. To the rhythm of gospel, soul, hip-hop, Afro and house music, “Blossom” responds to the urgent need to be together, transcending borders and resistance.
